M/s Leo Pearl Global Impex LLP was established in 2017 by Mr. Arun K. Sawdekar and Aditya A. Sawdekar.
What the founders observed over the years is that global importers are concerned and dissatisfied about the many agri products coming out of India that do not meet the international parameters with regard to consistency in quality, pesticides beyond a certain level, or even trustworthiness while doing business with Indian exporters.
Therefore, the firm seeks to bridge this trust deficit by always being transparent and crystal clear in our dealings with the global importers so as to form symbiotic, profitable, and sustainable connections based on ethics, morality, and sound values.
Arun K Sawdekar
Having worked in the real estate space for the last 60 years in the capacity of a contractor and developer. Arun K. Sawdekar brings a world of business acumen and grounded wisdom needed to fulfill the requirements of global importers. Being a farmer since 1986 also has brought to him a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with the local agricultural markets and practices—a knowledge through which global importers will benefit immensely.
The reason for his entering the international markets is because he felt the need to better the lot of cultivators in India by being a bridge to global importers so that both of them could benefit simultaneously.
Aditya A Sawdekar
Having worked in the government bank in the international trade finance department, Aditya A. Sawdekar brings in a nuanced approach, ensuring the seamless flow of information, finance, and products to the international marketplace so that global importers can get the required work done in an immaculate manner.
The firm envisages that whatever communication that happens with the global importers should be forthright, ethical, and straightforward to ensure trust and practical confidence.
